This program was launched to provide youth with increased confidence and leadership capabilities, college and career exploration, and the opportunity to give back to their community. A spinoff from the Annual F.A.N.C.Y. Teen Girls Expo, this youth development program provides the chance for teen girls to receive support and guidance throughout the year.

We are looking forward to working with you and your F.A.N.C.Y. Teen Girl to provide direction and assistance towards their success in accomplishing their goals! Our goal is to expose teen girls to fun and interactive activities that allow them to learn, engage, and grow during their time in the Academy.

We hope to maintain contact throughout their journey as you both share future success stories and continue to inspire other girls!
